These terms apply to your use of this website and to services supplied by Zentix Digital Services unless a signed proposal or written agreement states different terms.
1. Agreement
By using this website or approving a proposal, you agree to these terms and any project-specific scope, schedule and payment terms supplied to you. If project-specific written terms conflict with this page, the project-specific terms take priority.
2. Services
Services may include website design and development, e-commerce, custom software, IT consultancy, technical support and digital setup. The exact deliverables, exclusions, schedule and price are defined in the approved proposal or written confirmation.
3. Project process and changes
You agree to provide timely information, access, content and feedback reasonably needed for the project. Delays in these items may affect delivery dates. Work requested outside the approved scope may require a revised schedule and additional fee, which we will communicate before proceeding.
4. Quotes and payments
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment schedules may include a deposit and milestone or final payments. Work may pause when an agreed payment is overdue. Payments made through this website are completed on an external hosted checkout.
5. Client content and permissions
You confirm that you have the right to provide and use any text, images, logos, data or other materials supplied for a project. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business content, offers and claims.
6. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, final custom deliverables are released for the agreed use after all related fees are paid. Pre-existing tools, licensed components, third-party software, methods and reusable know-how remain subject to their existing ownership and licences.
7. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment providers, messaging services, plugins and other external services are governed by their providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees or actions controlled by those providers.
8. Support and warranty
Any included support period will be stated in the project agreement. It covers correction of confirmed issues within the agreed deliverables, not new features, third-party changes, client modifications or problems caused by use outside the agreed environment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zentix Digital Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Any direct liability relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
10. Suspension or termination
Either party may end a project according to the written project agreement. We may suspend services for overdue payments, unlawful use, security risks or a serious breach of agreed terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion.
